Four steps, and you know the price before anyone digs

The same four steps run every job we do, basement waterproofing or foundation repair. What changes is the work day in the middle, so this page shows both tracks side by side.

  • Inspection within 48 hours, diagnosis in writing
  • Fixed price before work starts, no invoice surprises
  • Warranty registered to the house on completion

The four steps

No mystery, no phases invented to pad an invoice. Every job you could hire us for moves through exactly this.

Inspect and diagnose

The whole water path or the whole load path, measured and photographed. You get the written diagnosis whether or not you hire us. Free, within 48 hours.

45 to 90 minutes

Plan and price

The scope names the method, the drawings show where it goes, and the fixed price lands inside the ranges published on this site. It waits while you think.

Same visit, in writing

Do the work

Our own crew, dust control and floor protection first, permits pulled by us where the municipality requires them. The work day details differ by trade; see below.

1 to 4 days, most jobs

Prove it and warranty it

Water systems get flood-tested and structural work gets re-measured against day-zero numbers, in front of you. Then the warranty registers to the address.

Before the truck leaves

What the work day looks like, by trade

Step three is where a waterproofing job and a foundation repair part ways. Here is each track, honestly described.

A waterproofing job

  • Day one: floors protected, trench sawed along the affected walls under dust control, opened to the footing.
  • Day two: drain tile pitched on washed gravel, sump basin set and plumbed, battery backup wired.
  • Final day: concrete restored level with your slab, system flood-tested while you watch.
  • Warranty: lifetime, fully transferable on the interior system.
Basement Waterproofing

A foundation repair

  • Cracks: ports set, urethane injected bottom-up to full depth, cured and trimmed the same morning.
  • Bowing walls: carbon fiber bonded or steel set and anchored, wall re-measured against day zero.
  • Settlement: pier pits opened, steel driven to refusal, the lift staged and monitored at every bracket.
  • Warranty: 25-year transferable on structural work, 10-year on injection.
Foundation Repair

What happens after we're paid

The relationship doesn't end at the invoice. Waterproofing systems get a check-back after the first heavy rain if anything reads unusual, warranty questions get answered by a human at the same number on this page, and when you sell the house, the buyer's inspector can call us to verify the warranty transfer directly.

Cleanup is part of the job, not a favor: trench spoil hauled, floors swept, protection pulled. Where permits were required, the closed permit is in your packet along with the scope, the photos and the warranty registration.
