Water follows one path: roof, gutters, grade, wall, footing, floor. We walk all of it, in that order, because quoting a fix before finding the source is guessing with your money.

Downspouts, grading, window wells and the discharge of your existing sump. Half of wet basements start out here, and so do the cheap fixes.

Water control
Basement waterproofing, interior drain tile, sump pumps with battery backup and crawl space encapsulation. Interior systems carry the lifetime, fully transferable warranty.
Structure
Foundation repair, crack injection, house and foundation leveling. Piers and stabilization carry a 25-year transferable warranty; injection carries 10-year.
Drainage
French drains, yard drainage, grading and downspout work, warrantied for 5-year, which almost nobody else in this market will put in writing.
The honest exception: water rising from a floor drain is usually a sewer backup. That needs a licensed plumber, we'll tell you so on the spot, and the visit still costs nothing.
